1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Giveaway Guru website and participation in any competitions operated by Giveaway Guru Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using this website and entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. Proof of age and identity may be required before any prize is awarded. Employees of Giveaway Guru Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Process
To enter a competition, you must purchase one or more tickets at the advertised price. Each ticket represents one entry into the competition. The maximum number of tickets per person per competition may be limited as stated on the competition page.
4. Draw Process
For draw-based competitions, winners are selected at random using a certified random number generator. All draws are conducted fairly and transparently. For Instant Win competitions, prizes are allocated using a pre-determined random distribution algorithm.
5. Prizes
Prizes are as described on the competition page. Cash alternatives may be available at Giveaway Guru's discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners will be contacted within 48 hours of the draw using the contact details provided at registration.
6. Payment
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Once a ticket has been purchased, no refunds will be issued as the entry into the competition is immediate.
7. Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation including the UK GDPR. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Giveaway Guru Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in any competition, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the ticket(s) purchased.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
